As a Durango host myself, I know what brings people to Durango., and I know how to give them a world-class vacation. I can make recommendations on activities for the whole family, which restaurant has great cocktails, and where to park at Purg to get on the slopes quickly. I know when peak leaf viewing season hits, and the best drives to see the leaves. I keep track of area events, fire restrictions, weather, and wildfires, and communicate prudently with guests. I'm a hands-on host for those guests who want that, and hands-off for those who don't.
Most property managers either charge 30% right out of the gate — cutting deeply into your profit — or offer a low fee but treat you like just another number in their system. I do things differently.

Scale-Up Pricing Model

10% → First 2 months: Get full-service management while keeping more profit as you test the difference.

15% → Months 3 and 4: As your property performance improves, the rate adjusts gradually.

20% (Cap) → After 6 months: Your rental is fully optimized, and you can sit back while we handle everything.

When I started hosting in 2019, I didn’t know much about short-term rentals. I learned by doing — becoming a Superhost in my first quarter, earning the ‘Guest Favorite’ designation as soon as it was introduced, and earning over 350 five-star reviews.
Life circumstances pushed me to figure out how to maximize every dollar from my listings, and I did. Analytics consistently show that my properties outperform comparable rentals in the Durango area. With both local insight and industry expertise, I know how to fine-tune every detail of a listing until it’s performing at the top.
